Our long term goal is by the next three years we should have very much knowledgeable leaders, activists, players and stakeholders who are playing an active roles in our struggle to achieve all inclusive society free from stigmatization and discrimination.

We project that the educational training and scholarships we have given to these community members will build their professional and technical capacity in finding sustainable solutions to the issues that confront these communities.

By seven years we should be able to train ten legal practitioners who will already be working with the secretariat in handling legal cases that affect these marginalized communities.we will also have a number of individuals with professional communication and networking background for the mainstream and online advocacy strategies, including security management experts.

At the end of every year we will give ten educational scholarships to some individuals and train eighty individuals on personal development and growth project called the profiling. .

Our scholarship grants will be on annual basis and the personal development project will on quarterly basis. We will train twenty individuals on every quarter.

STRENGTH

Our strength lies in the fact that we are a visible community and no government or government policy can eradicate our existence because that will be a genocide and the international community will react to that .

WEAKNESS
